Lead bid teams, coordinate with project managers, and analyze cost data. Prepare proposals, perform risk analysis, and conduct estimate reconciliations. Build and maintain subcontractor/vendor networks. Support preconstruction services including conceptual estimating and budgeting. Qualifications 5 years of estimating experience in civil or water/wastewater construction. Strong cost analysis, bid preparation, and project modeling skills. Familiarity with estimating software (HCSS, Timberline, or similar). Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
