The Nursing Educator assists in the assessment of knowledge gap leading to the planning, implementing and evaluating development and implementation of educational programs.QUALIFICATIONSEducationBachelors in Nursing degree (BSN).ExperienceMust have at least twenty-four (24) months recent clinical nursing experience.Two (2) years experience in specialty areaLicense/CertificationsCA Registered Nurse - California Board of Registered NursingBasic Lifesaving Certification - American Heart AssociationAdvanced Cardiac Life Support- American Heart AssociationKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesDemonstrated ability to produce results and coordinate projects.Working knowledge of, Title XXII and The Joint Commission regulations.Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, work independently and meet deadlines.Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook.Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels and in situations requiring instruction, conflict resolution, consulting and advising, as well as written communication.Salary Range:$85.17 - $111.22 USD HourlyThe Physical Requirements and Working Conditions of this job are available.
