Therapist School Setting Location: Dublin, OH Contract Position |
Immediate Start January 20th An opportunity is available for a
skilled Occupational Therapist specializing in school-based
practice to support student development and functional
participation in educational settings. This contract role is based
in Dublin, OH, and requires availability to start as soon as
possible, with assignments running through January 20th.
Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy evaluations and
interventions tailored to students educational and developmental
needs Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary
teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans
(IEPs) Support students in improving motor skills, sensory
processing, and daily living activities to enhance academic success
Monitor progress and document therapy outcomes in compliance with
school regulations Participate in meetings and maintain open
communication with all stakeholders Qualifications & Experience:
Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license with experience in
school-based therapy Familiarity with educational environments and
special education laws and regulations Strong interpersonal skills
and the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents,
and other professionals Knowledge of developmental milestones and
evidence-based practices in pediatric occupational therapy
