Client: University
Job Title: Facilities Program Coordinator
Location: Stanford, CA 94305 - Onsite Role
Duration: 04-05 Months - (Extension/Conversion based on
performance)
Pay Rate: $47- $48.00/hr on W2 without any benefits.
Responsibilities:
Monitor, plan, and schedule work orders using the Tririga
facilities management system.
Coordinate and assign daily work tasks to vendors and contractors,
ensuring timely execution and quality service delivery.
Perform data entry and documentation updates using Docs to maintain
accurate and up-to-date records.
Conduct pre- and post-inspections of buildings focusing on paint
and tile work to ensure compliance with project specifications and
standards.
Prepare and maintain detailed reports using MS Office (Excel, Word,
etc.) as required to support operations and management review.
