Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to clients in
various settings. Develop personalized treatment plans based on
client assessments and goals. Achieve individual performance
targets and contribute to team goals. Monitor and document client
progress to ensure effective therapy outcomes. Engage in continuous
professional development and training opportunities. Collaborate
with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and outcomes.
Utilize performance metrics to track and improve therapy
effectiveness. Maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical
standards in therapy practice. Educate clients and families on
therapy techniques and home exercises. Adapt therapy approaches
based on client feedback and changing needs. Participate in team
meetings to discuss client progress and strategies.
Experience/Qualifications Valid California Occupational Therapist
license and certification. Commitment to continuous professional
development and learning. Proven experience in providing
occupational therapy in diverse settings. Experience in utilizing
performance metrics for therapy improvement. Ability to work
independently while achieving team objectives. Strong ability to
develop and implement personalized treatment plans. Ability to
