to find a qualified Ambulatory Care RN in Santa Rosa, California,

Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience required License: Valid
state nursing license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
Must-Have: - Previous charge experience - Experience with charting
systems, preferably Epic Description: Start date is ASAP with a
primary shift from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Variable shifts may be
required but primarily follow the specified hours. No weekend or
holiday shifts required. The role involves working in the
outpatient pre-operative and PACU settings. Daily census is
approximately 10 patients. The unit accommodates various outpatient
surgeries including general, orthopedic, and urology procedures.
Staffing may include floating to other areas if necessary. The
ideal candidate should have experience with pre-operative
assessments, patient education, and medication reconciliation. The
position requires familiarity with monitoring recovery phases and
administering procedural sedation. Candidates must be comfortable
with pain management protocols and patient discharge instructions.
References from prior supervisory roles covering relevant
experience are required. The candidate should be adaptable and
