This contract role demands a skilled Registered Nurse experienced in operating room protocols, committed to delivering coordinated, compassionate care while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments; collect and analyze relevant health data. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans to promote optimal outcomes. Supervise and direct nursing staff activities; delegate tasks appropriately. Collaborate with healthcare providers, patients, and families to ensure safe, humane, and effective care. Deliver patient and family education tailored to needs and treatment plans. Participate actively in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care. Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and health standards. Desired Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of California required. BSN degree preferred. Previous acute care facility experience preferred. Current CPR/BLS certification (Basic Life Support) required. Advanced certifications including ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and AHA-PALS required.
