impactful recruiting team in San Francisco as one of the first
recruiting hires at Assembled! We are looking for someone to take
the lead in coordinating our recruiting efforts. In this role, you
will manage and organize our recruiting process end-to-end,
ensuring that every aspect runs smoothly and efficiently.This role
is ideal for someone at the early stages of their career in
recruiting, particularly those with a passion for coordination and
operations.This is a 6-month contract-to-hire role, with the
potential to convert to full-time employment based on business
needs and performance.Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews: Manage and coordinate
interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a
smooth scheduling process that meets the needs of all parties
involved.
- Manage job postings: Oversee and track job postings across
various job boards and the company website, ensuring that all roles
are advertised effectively.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience: Serve as the primary
point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process,
providing them with clear information, answering their questions,
and ensuring they have a positive and professional experience with
Assembled.
- Maintain and improve ATS: Manage and update our Applicant
Tracking System (ATS), Ashby, with accuracy and efficiency,
ensuring that all information is up-to-date and that the
recruitment pipeline is managed effectively.
- Coordinate candidate logistics: Arrange candidate travel,
reimbursements, and other logistics as needed to facilitate the
interview process.
- Optimize recruitment processes: Identify opportunities for
improving recruitment processes and enhancing the candidate
experience.About you:
- You've put in the work: You have 1+ years of experience in
recruiting, with a focus on coordination in a start-up or
fast-paced environment.
- You're an organization enthusiast: You are process-driven,
systematic, and have strong organizational skills, with attention
to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- You genuinely enjoy working with people: You're comfortable and
get energized by interactions with others and have a strong
interest in building relationships.
- You are committed to personal growth and development: You enjoy
