Job Title: PMO Coordinator / Planview Administrator
Job Type: Contract
Job Location: Remote (India)

Overview :

• Provide overall end-user support and training.
• Provide Planview Administrative Support for IT.
• Add, delete, and modify User IDs for the organization.
• Maintain resource calendars, structures and hierarchies.
• Assist with adding, editing and creating new fields.
• Lead/Assist with running various existing governance reports and processes (See below). Governance Activities :
  • Provide support to deliver the maximum value and benefits from projects and programs within the IT portfolio.
  • Facilitate New Hire creation and existing Associate/Contractor Terminations in Planview.
  • Generate Timesheet Compliance reports (weekly/monthly) and ensure Project status reports are published on time.
  • Conduct Training sessions with Project Managers to prepare them for Project Review Meetings (PRM).
  • Publishing PRM Agenda and Notes and sending to Stake Holders.
  • Creation of new Projects using Planview which includes use of reusable templates.
  • Execute the creation and maintenance of the required project portfolio documentation and artifacts. bout us:
