Job Description:
As part of the Digital Risk Management team, you will be working
in a startup environment ( www.zeguro.com) with a talented team
based in the San Francisco Bay area. You will be a core team member
for our B2B and B2C SaaS products. From defining requirements to
bringing various features to market, you will be responsible for
the success of various product features. You will be responsible
for the adoption and usage of various features and coordinate a
full range of activities that are required to maintain and improve
them. With an understanding of the small business segment and
current trends in cybersecurity, you will play a critical role in
identifying opportunities to drive improved business efficiency and
effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. This is a great

domain.QualificationsEducation and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering,
Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Total of 7+ years of work experience, preferably a combination
of 3+ years of work experience as a software product manager,
ideally on a SaaS product, and 3+ years of work experience in a
technical role, ideally in software development or software
testing.
- Demonstrated experience owning the full product lifecycle: from
discovery and roadmap creation to launch, iteration, and
sunsetting
- Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, UX/UI,
Customer Support, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Legal teams
- Experience conducting user research, customer interviews, and
market analysis to inform product strategy
- Experience defining and tracking product metrics, KPIs, and
OKRs
- Familiarity with managing and growing API-based or
platform-style productsKnowledge and Skills:
- Product Sense:Deep understanding of user needs and ability to
develop innovative, business-aligned solutions.
- User-Centric Design:Skilled in usability, intuitive design,
user testing, and applying customer feedback.
- Execution:Strong organizational skills to manage the product
lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:Proficient in metrics, market
analysis, and analytics tools to guide decisions.
- Technical Knowledge:Solid grasp of software development, APIs,
and cloud technologies.
- Domain Knowledge:Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and
current market trends preferred.
- Strategic Thinking:Ability to analyze challenges, set
priorities, and craft strategies to achieve goals.
- Leadership and Collaboration:Strong communication skills to
lead and align cross-functional teams.The salary range for this
position in California is $141,800- $207,900 plus opportunity for
company bonus of up to 15% of eligible pay. In addition, the
company provides a variety of benefits to employees, including
health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and
disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and
paid time off (PTO).The salary estimate displayed represents the
typical salary range of candidates hired. Factors that may be used
to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills,
how many years of experience you have and comparison to other
employees already in this role. Most candidates will start in the
