Our digital twins are transforming building lifecycle management across more than 170 countries.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior to Staff level Mobile Software Engineer to lead development for Matterport's 3D technology, working with OEM and hardware partners to create advanced mobile capture experiences.Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to design and develop new features.
• Explore and incorporate new technologies to improve development efficiency.
• Deliver high-quality software using Agile methodologies.
• Analyze requirements, estimate development efforts, and implement solutions.
• Maintain and optimize existing mobile applications.
• Research and recommend new mobile tools and applications.Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in high-performance software development.
• 3+ years in Android mobile development with deep technical knowledge.
• Strong understanding of core software concepts including networking, security, and multi-threading.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of 3D graphics, odometry, photogrammetry, and mobile performance optimization.
