The Technical Staff is the core of the organization, encompassing all of our researchers and engineers. Our team spans wet lab biologists, pure AI researchers, and engineers of all sorts. (If you have both wet lab experience and a track record in AI research, even better!).This position is full-time in-person in San Francisco.Core Responsibilities:

• Conducting research. The Technical Staff is responsible for developing new AI systems that can accelerate scientific research. Members of Technical Staff work on small teams organized around major technological innovations and scientific discoveries that we need to push the boundaries of science forward.Position Requirements:
  • Independent research experience and a track record of impressive outputs in wet lab biology research, AI-for-science research, or pure AI research.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings, articulate insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Ability to organize and execute research projects, set timelines, and manage resources efficiently.What we offer:
