Job Description:
Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., a leader in protective
services, is seeking a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC)
Analyst. This role is pivotal in maintaining the safety and
security of client sites through real-time threat analysis and
emergency response protocols. The GSOC Analyst will operate in a
high-tech environment, monitoring multiple information sources to
identify risks and coordinate appropriate response actions to
safeguard people and property. Monitor security feeds and conduct
assessments of real-time alerts and notifications of incidents
including criminal activity, weather events, public safety threats,
and other emergencies. Coordinate and communicate effectively with
on-site security personnel, law enforcement, and emergency response
teams as needed. Analyze and assess risk levels of incidents and
determine the necessary security response in accordance with
established protocols. Prepare detailed incident reports and
maintain logs of daily activities and irregularities, such as
equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized
persons, or unusual occurrences. Use surveillance systems and
related software tools to track, compile, and analyze data on
security conditions and potential threats. Maintain confidentiality
about all communications and information related to security
protocols to prevent potential security breaches. Proficient in
surveillance systems and emergency response software. Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written
communication skills. Ability to handle stressful situations and
make critical decisions under pressure. Sharp attention to detail
and a high level of organization. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Life Insurance 401k ASIS Certified Protection
Professional (CPP) preferred. Certification in emergency management
or incident response is a plus.
