Complete rigorous training in desktop support including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of computer systems. Participate actively in internship assignments with corporate partners, applying classroom learning to real-world scenarios. Engage in workshops that develop interpersonal and professional skills necessary for success in a corporate environment. Collaborate with peers and mentors to complete projects and receive feedback on performance. Follow industry-standard practices and protocols for IT support and security. Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues Strong understanding of Windows and Mac OS environments Knowledge of network configuration and security Excellent communication skills Ability to work in a team and manage time effectively Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) CompTIA A certification (provided during the training program)
