Job Description:
Our client, a leading organization in autonomous mobility, is
seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager,
you will be part of the Software Development Department supporting
cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong
organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to
lead diverse teams effectively, which will align successfully in
the organization. Job Title: Project Manager Location: Foster City,
CA Pay Range: $75 per hour What's the Job? Define, maintain, and
communicate the software development roadmap in collaboration with
stakeholders and product teams. Drive alignment across multiple
projects and initiatives, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and
deliverables are clearly documented and communicated. Lead sprint
planning, reviews, and retrospectives; facilitate daily stand-ups
and scrum ceremonies to ensure on-time delivery of work. Develop
and maintain clear and consistent tracking mechanisms; provide
timely project status updates, risks, and progress reports to
stakeholders and leadership. Serve as Scrum Master for one or more
agile teams, removing blockers, managing team capacity, and
promoting Agile best practices. What's Needed? Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related
field. 6 years of experience as a Software Project Manager,
Technical Project Manager, or similar role in an Agile software
development environment. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks
(Scrum, Kanban) and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence,
Asana, or equivalent. Excellent organizational, communication, and
