Legal Analyst Santa Clara Valley (Cupertino),California,United States Corporate Functions + 3+ years legal experience (in-house or firm) and/or equivalent experience in intellectual property, especially trademark and copyright. + Proficiency with Apple products, programs, and services. + Superior written and oral communication skills. + Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively on cross-functional teams. + Ability to exercise sound and independent judgment. + Must be well organized, detail oriented, and able to manage time effectively and manage a substantial workload efficiently. + Ability to identify critical issues quickly and navigate priorities. + Chinese language skills preferred.DescriptionThe position will be focused on managing disputes and improving scalable processes for third-party dispute matters across all Apple Media Services. Responsibilities include: -Reviewing and processing nuanced legal claims, including trademark and copyright infringement claims, working closely with and making recommendations to supervising attorney(s). -Working with minimal supervision, and taking initiative on daily assignments. -Communicating and collaborating directly with internal and external parties regarding Apples content dispute processes, providing guidance, instruction, and support where needed. -Developing improvements to internal tools and policies to streamline and maximize efficiency, as well as supporting growth and effectively coordinating with the team and database developers to implement changes. -Demonstrating flexibility/adaptability, as this position is responsible for a range of tasks that track the expansion of Apples app and media services lines of business.Education & ExperienceBachelors degree from an accredited institution.
