Job Description:

Apple's Retail Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of best-in-class campaigns and launches supporting Apple Services in Retail; across apple.com, in the Apple Store app, and in over 500 stores globally.

This role places a strategic focus on bringing Apple Services into integrated marketing programs that will grow Retail's share, increase loyalty to Apple, and foster awareness and usage of Apple's Services.

Our team is looking for someone who has demonstrated experience in developing and managing innovative campaigns that drive customer acquisition, conversion, loyalty, and brand equity across digital, traditional, and physical channels. Experience in marketing subscription services and entertainment and is also a plus.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have functioned as a highly experienced marketing lead, demonstrating a deep understanding of how to work with world-class brands and omni-channel marketing. You'll also be dynamic, dedicated, and enjoy working in an environment that's ever-changing and always evolving to meet customer needs.

Key Qualifications

    • Passion for and expertise in photography, video, art & design,
    • 7+ years marketing experience, client or agency side
    • Retail experience preferred, including ecommerce and brick and mortar
    • Experience designing and developing customer experiences, events and/or integrated activations aligned to the product and customer lifecycle
    • Exceptional storyteller with strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to develop clear, concise marketing and creative briefs
    • Strong leader that is able to hone in on business challenges, utilize insights, discuss and debate ideas and develop an informed point of view to push work forward
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task across contending priorities, projects, schedules and deliverables.
    • Validated ability to solve problems creatively and deliver results through negotiation, tact and diplomacy in a high pressure environment
    • Ability to engage and influence partners at all levels
    • Comfortable with ambiguity
    • Experience with media services is a plus

Description

As Marketing Managers we have demonstrated experience developing and producing innovative marketing initiatives and campaigns that drive Retail customer acquisition, loyalty and conversion, and brand equity across digital and physical channels.

We are versatile, dynamic and highly motivated individuals with a consistent record executing projects from strategy and concept through to production and delivery, working alongside a global cross-functional team of Marketers, Product Managers, Business Owners, Creatives, Operators and more. We possess strategic minds, the organizational skills of a project managers, the obsession of designers, and the ability to build relationships and converse fluently with product, business, operations and creative teams.

We are effective communicators who value interpersonal relationships, and also have exceptional client services skills. We are adept at presenting to all levels and can package complex ideas in such a way that influences or drives ease of decision-making.

  • We are responsible for developing and running marketing plans for Apple Services within Retail stores and online. Touch points include 3D/2D Merchandising, interactive work for online and physical stores, demo, demand generation and internal communications. - Primary Services include TV+, Music, Fitness+, Arcade, and News but may also touch Apple Pay, Apple Card, and iCloud - We work across Retail and Services teams to manage an editorial calendar, communicate priorities, and execute campaign briefs - We create efficiencies across Retail and Services groups by consolidating asks, aligning on priorities and executing across Retail. - We work cross functionally across Stores and Online teams within Retail on a singular plan of record. Bringing together one plan across visual merchandising, online merchandising, and omni channel customer journeys. - Explore and develop new ways to market Services including customer experiences to drive awareness of Services in Retail. - Manage and track campaign spend

Education & Experience

BA/BS degree preferred
