The Manager of Ambulatory Business Development will perform a variety of work pertaining to the creation of positive physician relationships resulting in the growth of the Medical Group. The Manager of Outpatient Business Development will develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians/practices in the service area through consistent, strategic field call strategies.

The Manager of Medical Group Business Development will work cohesively with leadership and internal service lines to drive and sustain growth in the organization aligned with the business plan. The Manager of Clinic Business Development will participate in strategic planning and identification of physician targets to achieve this growth.

The Manager of Ambulatory Business Development will deliver prospective business plans and retrospective performance to leadership on a quarterly basis. The Manager of Outpatient Business Development will be responsible for both field visits to physicians and referral staff in offices, as well as regular interaction with executive leaders.

The Manager of Medical Group Business Development will serve as a provider relations representative, visit physicians, inform and communicate the programs. The Manager of Outpatient Business Development will establish and track growth targets and work collaboratively with physicians and practices to develop and implement growth plans. ?

The Manager of Ambulatory Business Development will create marketing material and outreach strategies consistent with growth plans. The Manager of Outpatient Business Development will create and deliver internal and external communications using various electronic and non-electronic tools.  The Manager of Clinic Business Development will manage Medicare age in enrollment, and open enrollment communication and coordination. ?

The ideal candidate for Manager of Ambulatory Business Development should have Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business with 5 years of experience in marketing, physician/provider relations with strong understanding of business planning in ambulatory care/outpatient environment.
