We stand ready to fight even when success seems unsure because we understand how much better life can be with the dignity and peace of mind that comes with having documents.About the roleThe Cloud Solution Architect will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable, secure cloud solutions across our firm. You will work closely with our internal development team, IT, and leadership to support our automation strategy, modernize our infrastructure, and enable rapid scaling across offices and systems.What you'll do

• Architect and maintain cloud infrastructure (primarily Azure and Salesforce platform integrations) to support scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with development, security, and IT operations to design cloud-native and hybrid solutions that enable business process automation.
• Define and implement cloud governance, security controls, identity management, and compliance standards -particularly in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide architecture guidance and best practices for infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and resilience.
• Design API integration strategies between custom-built applications and third-party systems, including Salesforce, Microsoft 365 and Azure Resources.
• Lead efforts to modernize legacy systems and support digital transformation initiatives .
• Evaluate and introduce new cloud tools and services that accelerate automation and legal ops efficiency.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning, incident response , and proactive risk management in the cloud environment.Qualifications
  • Experience supporting custom app development or internal product engineering teams.
  • Knowledge of legal tech tools and SaaS platforms.
  • Microsoft, Azure or SalesForce architect level certifications are a strong plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture , preferably in Azure environments.
  • Strong expertise in infrastructure design, automation, and deployment within Azure and hybrid cloud setups.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture , including APIs, integrations, and security models.
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code (ARM templates, etc.) and DevOps tooling.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards relevant to professional services or legal industries (e.g., SOC 2, PII, ISO 27001).
  • Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with experience in fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
