We are seeking talented carpenters with the following skills and attributes: Hands-on construction expertise to deliver remodeling projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Extensive experience in a wide range of construction areas, including demolition, framing, cabinet installation, trims and moldings, hardware and fixture installation, window installation, and more. Ability to supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and trade specialists on assigned jobs, demonstrating maturity and leadership. Excellent on-site presence, displaying organizational skills, proactivity, professionalism, supportiveness, composure, and punctuality. Mentoring and supporting fellow carpenters is an integral part of this role. Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, email, and text, enabling effective collaboration with team members and clients. Familiarity with construction scheduling and accounting software is highly valued. Practical knowledge of and strict adherence to Building Codes. Proficiency in reading and comprehending plans, contracts, and specifications. We are hiring finish carpenters at various levels, depending on the candidate's years of experience.
