Job Description:
Lundbeck US, a leader in brain disease therapy and dedicated to
high clinical standards, is looking for an experienced Neuroscience
Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. This role focuses
on promoting approved neuroscience therapies and building trusted
relationships with healthcare professionals to enhance patient
outcomes. The successful candidate will manage key accounts,
implement sales strategies, and identify opportunities for growth
within the neuroscience specialty, aligning efforts with Lundbeck's
commitment to improving the quality of life for patients suffering
from brain diseases. Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of
Lundbeck’s products and their approved indications, focusing on the
neuroscience therapeutic area. Identify and foster relationships
with key healthcare professionals and decision-makers in assigned
regions. Implement and adapt sales strategies to increase product
reach and visibility, and achieve sales targets. Analyze market
trends and competitor activity to provide feedback to the internal
team and adjust strategies accordingly. Organize and conduct
educational programs, presentations, and discussions with
healthcare professionals to enhance product knowledge and adoption.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards
during all promotional activities. Utilize CRM tools to track
customer interactions, manage accounts, and report on territory
progress. Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand and
disseminate scientific and clinical data Strategic thinking and
analytical skills Proactive and independent, with a team-player
attitude Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid driver’s
license and clean driving record Certification in Pharmaceutical
Sales (e.g., CNPR) preferred
