Job Description:
Lundbeck US, a leader in brain disease therapeutics, seeks a
Neuroscience Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team in
Deerfield, IL. This role is vital in our mission to improve the
quality of life for patients by promoting groundbreaking
treatments. The successful candidate will have a proven track
record of sales success in pharmaceuticals, ideally in neurology or
a related field, and will be driven by a passion for patient care
and scientific excellence. You will work closely with healthcare
professionals to educate and provide them with solutions that
embody our commitment to clinical excellence. Develop and maintain
professional relationships with healthcare providers and key
decision-makers. Promote Lundbeck's portfolio of neuroscience
products to meet assigned sales targets. Stay current with the
latest clinical data provided by the company and comply with
promotional strategies. Conduct engaging and educational
discussions with healthcare specialists to inform them of the
benefits and uses of our products. Implement area business
strategies and identify unique sales opportunities. Gather and
utilize customer insight to adjust strategies and achieve sales
objectives. Ensure full compliance with all corporate and industry
policies and legal guidelines. In-depth knowledge of neuroscience,
pharmacology, or related fields. Strong communication, negotiation,
and organizational skills. Ability to develop strategic plans and
manage large territories. Proficient in data analysis and sales
forecasting. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office
Suite. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k
Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Certification in
Pharmaceutical Sales (e.g., CNPR) preferred but not required.
