Title: Arborist Sales Representative Are you a certified arborist

We're seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Arborist Sales
Representative to join our team. In this client-facing role, you'll
be the go-to expert, assessing trees, providing expert
recommendations, and ensuring clients make informed decisions to
protect and enhance their green assets. As a key member of our
team, you'll be on the front lines, using your expertise to
diagnose and solve client problems while providing essential,
high-quality tree care solutions. Work for a supportive company

Expectations: Perform on-site tree and landscape assessments for
residential and/or commercial clients. Develop and present
comprehensive proposals for a full range of tree care, pruning,
removal, and plant health care services. Ensure all recommendations
and practices adhere to ANSI A300 pruning standards and best
management practices. Collaborate with production crews to ensure
seamless job execution and client satisfaction. Build and maintain
strong client relationships through follow-up and education. Meet
or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Requirements: ISA
Certified Arborist is required. Strong knowledge of plant health
care, tree biology, and common pests and diseases. Understanding of
ANSI A300 pruning standards and industry safety practices. Valid
driver's license with a clean driving record. Excellent verbal and
written communication skills. Sales or client service experience in
arboriculture, landscaping, or a related field is a plus. What Can
We Do for You? Earn a $60,000 base salary plus commission with On
Target Earnings (OTE) of $100,000. Health benefits, paid time off,

certification support. A company vehicle or mileage reimbursement
is provided. The compensation for this position is expected to
start at $60,000 per year. This base compensation is a good-faith
estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position,
including experience, training, and other considerations permitted
by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a
candidate's skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity
of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. We are an equal
